How to Dramatically Increase Your Profits with Alex Kent
Do you own or work for a business and are interested in making it even more successful? Would you like to understand why some businesses thrive but (most) others do not achieve their full potential? Alex will reveal the top ten tips for how businesses can dramatically improve their profits and will provide some insights on how to go about doing this.
As a conclusion to the session, Alex will invite you to share any business issues which you have had or are facing; he will then attempt to provide some practical suggestions on how you might manage these issues. So, have a think in advance and identify where you would might like some free business advice!
About Alex Kent
Alex Kent has a DPhil. in Chemistry (Oxford University) and over 20 years of successful hands-on experience of running and developing small and large businesses, mostly with BP. During this time he has held senior positions in general and commercial management, finance, business development, strategy, and research & technology. His track record includes doubling the profitability of a £25m turnover company in 18 months, and designing and implementing a 12-month £25m profit turnaround programme for a £350m turnover business.
Since September 2006 Alex has been working as a “Business Doctor”, using his extensive experience to advise and coach local businesses on a broad range of issues. As part of his voluntary activities, he is a generalist adviser for the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Alex is married with 3 children, and lives in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. His interests include cooking, DIY, Golf and helping people achieve their full potential.
